Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Veil SDK, console dashboard, or any associated service provided by Vector Techno Labs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, Vector Techno Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate the Veil SDK into your mobile applications and use the console dashboard solely for your internal business purposes. The SDK is proprietary software — you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute it without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to conduct illegal surveillance or violate end users' rights.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the SDK's security features.
• Share API keys or license keys with third parties.
• Use the Service in a way that exceeds your plan's usage limits without upgrading.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written reseller agreement.

4. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If your payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service after reasonable notice. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

5. Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant Veil a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your end users for security monitoring. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Uptime and support

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Veil backend API. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email on Starter plans and dedicated SLA on Enterprise plans. We do not guarantee response times on the Free plan.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Veil does not warrant that the SDK will detect every threat or prevent every security incident. Security is a defence-in-depth problem and the SDK is one layer of that defence.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veil's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Veil in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Veil be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the SDK continues for apps already in production but you may not integrate the SDK into new apps. We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as agreed in writing between the parties.
